covid-19

keeping you social, but safe.

Rest assured we are still upholding our Covid-secure measures to keep us all safe.

(These rules are subject to change, depending on the most current Government guidance.)

From Monday, 12th April...

We’ll reopen offering OUTDOOR service only. Please dress appropriately for the weather, and in the case of bad weather, we may have to cancel your booking, but will give as much notice as possible.

You can visit us under the "Rule of Six" or as two households with seated table service. Online booking for tables is available.

Face coverings must still be worn, other than when seated at your table, and we’ll continue to operate social distancing, reduced capacities and all our other Covid-secure measures.

We are taking table bookings for our outdoor courtyard area only. Tables at the front of the pub are on a first come first served basis.

From Monday, 17th May…

You can dine INDOORS under the "Rule of Six" or as two households with seated table service. Online booking for indoor tables is available; please contact us via email at theredlionsouthwold@outlook.com

OUTDOORS visits will continue to be available on a first come, first served basis and larger tables and groups are permissible, so long as we can maintain social distancing. Please dress appropriately for the weather.

Both indoors and outdoors visits will require seated table service.

Face coverings must still be worn when moving around our pub and we’ll continue to operate social distancing, reduced capacities and all our other Covid-secure measures.

We are taking restaurant table reservations for 17th May onwards.

From Monday, 21st June…

All being well, restrictions will be eased with no legal restrictions inside or out. Further guidance to be confirmed.

Just so you know…

To assist NHS Test and Trace, we require the contact details for the lead host and will keep these safely on file for 21 days. Please ensure you have the app downloaded on your phone ready for when you arrive at the pub.
